The Philippines’ Top 30 Filipino Leaders on LinkedIn is an initiative created by the following individuals:
IAN SANTOS, Founder & Managing Consultant of IMS Learning & Consulting
and
ANDA DEL-ROSARIO, ICF-PCC of Coach Anda.
The Philippines’ 30 Top Filipino Leaders on LinkedIn has the following objectives:
🔹 Recognize outstanding Filipino leaders on LinkedIn who exemplify transformational leadership traits worth emulating
🔹 Continue a movement to enhance and elevate leadership capabilities in the country
🔹 Create a community that helps each other become better leaders
🔹 Inspire other leaders to elevate their leadership game
Filipino leaders are world-class and are among the best anywhere.
We want to put a spotlight on them through this initiative, and are excited to begin our 4th annual search this Aug 1 - Sept 15, 2025!
Our 2025 Search Theme is:
“Visionary Leaders Driving Growth and Innovation”
This initiative is a platform to recognize competent Filipino Leaders on LinkedIn who have demonstrated key traits and characteristics that have led to great workplaces, engaged employees, and great results through:
🔹 INTEGRITY 🔹 MALASAKIT 🔹 COURAGE 🔹 INSPIRATION 🔹 RESILIENCE
Minimum criteria for nominations:
1) Filipinos on LinkedIn with at least 200-300 followers.
2) Must have posted at least once within 90 days prior to the nomination period
3) Should not be a previous Philippines’ Top 30 Leaders on LinkedIn awardee
4) A Filipino citizen.
Nominations start August 1, 2024 and ends September 30, 2024. Winners will be announced on November 30, 2024.
