Pertiwi Land was unofficially established in 2011 by Mr. Rosihan and his associates to devote oneself to real estate construction and development.
Starting with only 4-units cluster with one gate system development in one of the developing area in Bandung, the founders managed to maintain exponential growth until today. And over the years Pertiwi Land has built a reputation as one of the fast-growing and promising property players in Bandung area, especially in the development of residential area. Aiming to become one of the leading property players in Indonesia, Pertiwi Land plan to manage more deliverables quality as well as unleashing more development across Indonesia. As we considered ourselves as one of the promising real estate developer start up company in Indonesia, we plan to be as big as our major rival in the respective field of human welfare development.
Although our current base is in Jakarta and West Java area, we plan to bring our warm and lovely presence throughout Indonesia starting from Sabang to Merauke in order to send our message to all of our potential loyal customers: “Now Everyone Can Build Their Imaginations”, we plan to bring happiness to every single family in Indonesia by providing them with qualified yet affordable real estate depends on their respective consumer segmentation.
There is no limit for imagination and now people can fulfill their dreams by having their own cozy and lovely home. We believe that by helping people achieve one of their lifetime dreams to have their own lovely home in spite of their economic capacity can bring happiness and harmony into their family.
