Perth Wedding Giveaway is unlike any other wedding collective in Perth.

We are committed to upholding our core values to improve the standard of the industry.

We put the entrant first. As a ‘customer experience’ based business, we ensure that all decisions we make are focused on ensuring our customer’s experience is a positive one.

To do this, we must value the customer as a person, who, primarily being a bride, is in a heightened emotional state, making emotional purchases. Our decisions need to be mindful of this.

We value collaboration over competition. As a business with nearly 80 participating suppliers, many of which are ‘competitors’, we foster a community environment with our suppliers that encourages them to collaborate and work together.

We provide opportunities (including social opportunities) for our community to come together. Our suppliers tell us that this community aspect makes them feel supported, respected and valued. Furthermore, our suppliers work alongside each other voluntarily and consciously outside of PWG.

We deliver on our promises.

This value is incredibly important to our business as we have deliverables to meet for dozens of suppliers. This value also extends to the culture within PWG management as we ensure that collectively, we work together to meet the needs of the business as a whole.

We believe in accountability, continual self improvement and evolution. As a representative body for a collective of industry leaders, it is important that we uphold and encourge growth and compliance within ourselves and our associates.

Our continual reflective practice and future directions ensure our suppliers are educated on best practice and industry expectation.
