We started in 2013 as RJB Electrical, specialising in all things electrical including solar, lighting, fans, air cons and cabling. Over time we identified that there were so many companies mistreating consumers, using high pressure sales tactics, false marketing campaigns, inexperienced installers with low quality equipment showing no concern for the customer service and follow-up. Determined to change the customer experience based on service excellence right from the initial enquiry through installation and follow up, we formed Perth Solar Force!
Leading the industry through quality, innovation and superior service, Perth Solar Force are now one of the top 3 solar solutions providers in Western Australia. The company has grown from a small 3-person team to a solid medium sized enterprise of 50+ local employees all eager to work together to find solar solutions for their customers. We are one of the few companies that have a local office base, showroom and warehouse in Perth metro area.
Perth Solar Force installs approximately 200 solar energy systems each month, over 15MW a year made up of over 50,000 solar panels saving Australians over $10 million a year in power.
Our company consists of three directors; an accountant, a senior CEC qualified engineer/electrical contracted licensee, and a hospitality & customer management specialist. There is no exit plan for these individuals - only growth for the next ten years. Current growth and expansion markets for us include the South West (Bunbury, Busselton and beyond), which is happening now, with other areas being Geraldton and Kalgoorlie.
We have built our reputation around our no pressure sales approach and our company representatives use a consultative approach to fully understand our clients’ needs and energy objectives. We offer first class quality equipment from top name brand manufacturers and we custom design each system to the specific requirements of the customer giving them a tailored solar panel system matching their unique needs and budget.
We are proud to be one of a few CEC Approved Retailers in WA, adhering to the highest levels of quality, service and conduct which underpins our reputation. The CEC certification is backed by the ACCC, which means as a consumer, you can be assured you are dealing with a highly regarded company with a reputation for its integrity, professionalism and standards.
