Description
People in Strata is the evolution of many coffee shop meetings that originally kick started the networking group called men in strata. The group was never exclusively for men, yet we felt that the name itself may infer that others who do identify as men may feel excluded. Which is why use the email address for all communication – them .
Our aim is to bring together our friends, colleagues and sometimes our opposition within the strata industry to discuss more than work. There are many groups that cater to our education, training and career paths whereas we are here to focus on a bit of fun.
People in Strata will arrange public social events throughout the year held on Friday evenings at pre-arranged venues, RSVPs are used to ensure we have enough room although there is no fee nor is there any requirement for attending. These events are often hosted and we sometimes arrange for some ‘1st drinks’ on the house.
