Peninsula Paediatric Psychology (3P) is a paediatric psychology support, training, and supervision practice, located on Melbourne's Mornington Peninsula. We support children and adolescents, families, and schools offering high-quality services in a very homely environment. 3P is located at two sites, where we use a play-based and creative approach within the field of children and adolescent psychology.
Dr. Pascale Paradis is the Director at 3P, a dedicated educational and developmental psychologist with over 30 years experience in the field of education, and 12 years working as an educational and child psychologist. Pascale has a first degree in Psychology from Quebec, a Masters (Psychology and Education), University of Cambridge (UK), and a Doctorate (Child, Adolescent and Educational Psychology), Institute of Education, London. Pascale also worked as a lecturer and supervisor at Monash University before opening her private practice.
Pascale is also a board-approved supervisor supporting many psychologists and provisional psychologists within her team, and more widely supports the industry with globally recognised webinars and online courses. These programs are aimed at supporting learning and skills development for professionals, teachers and parents.
The team at 3P specialise in working with girls with ASD, school adaption, resilience, migration, bi-lingualism, positive psychology and leadership and organisational psychology within the home and school environment.
