Peninsula College is wholly owned by PKT Logistics Group Sdn Bhd, one of the largest logistics solutions providers in Malaysia. PKT Logistics Group is proud to be working closely with Japan-based Mitsui OSK. Lines Ltd (MOL) who has a 35% stake in the Group.

In 2017, MOL acquired a 20.9% stake in PKT Logistics Group Sdn Bhd, followed by an additional 14.27% stake in 2018.

MOL’s investment is to enhance its operational capabilities in Malaysia and also to further develop the One Auto Hub, an integrated logistics, education and automotive hub located in Batu Kawan, Penang.

This positions Peninsula College as a pioneer skill and education provider in Southeast Asia with state-of-art corporate campuses in Selangor and Penang, Malaysia. It enables student learning to intersect with real life working environment; a platform for them to enhance their academic knowledge through hands-on exposure.
