We have a great understanding of the changes in women’s bodies at all stages of life, in particular we are experts in:

- Endometriosis, Prolapse and Pelvic Floor Dysfunction.
- Rehabilitation pre and post surgery / injury, injury prevention and chronic complex musculoskeletal conditions.

We work closely with your medical team, and alongside gynaecologists, oncologists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths and pain specialists.
Our studio is quiet, private and air conditioned, with reformer pilates equipment, strength equipment, a private consultation and massage room.
We are a child and family friendly studio so children, babies and partners are always welcome.
