"Year 2020", marked as an year which brought in many changes in our life across the globe irrespective of color, cast, creed and religion. The pandemic caused due to Covid 19 changed our perceptions and travel needs to such an extent that social distancing became the NEW NORMAL. Countries were EAGER but AFRAID to welcome the same tourists which had helped them earlier to bring a smile on the faces of all individuals working in the travel and tourism industry. The travel needs were now supposed to be supported with insurance and Covid 19 free test certificates while ensuring a strong connect between the hotel partners and travel service providers. There was a strong need of a one stop solution for all such needs to reduce the hassle and ease down the pressure while ensuring a safe, secure and trustworthy environment to the end travel service providers while ensuring a mechanized system for payments towards utilized services.
With this thought, in April 2020, our company Director, Ms. Arapana Ramaiwong decided to create a "One Stop Solution To All Travel Needs". An online platform available for more than 10,000 offline wholesale agents registered under the TAT license in Thailand. That's when "Pattaya City Tour Co., Ltd" was created to offer a state of art, modern and interactive platform wherein all TAT approved agents can interact and reserve all excursions, book every sightseeing on SIC basis across Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket and Krabi, Yacht reservations or hotel reservations for their client needs and all registered hotels can avail the facility to share their attractive packages with the said agents.
