The Philippine Alliance for Recycling and Materials Sustainability (PARMS) is a non-stock non-profit industry organization that brings together stakeholders across the supply and waste value chain working closely with the government to achieve its vision of Zero Waste to Nature 2030 (ZWTN2030) and is driven by our mission to Develop & Implement a Holistic & Comprehensive Program to Increase Resource Recovery & Reduce Landfill Dependence towards Zero Waste.

The Zero Waste to Nature: Ambisyon 2030 roadmap aims to promote a circular economy in the Philippines through a shift to recyclable packaging, creating finance for the recovery and diversion of waste, and enabling investment in recycling and waste processing.

PARMS is committed to initiating and supporting efforts to continually partner with stakeholder groups to adopt science-based and practical solutions to manage plastic packaging waste and reduce the country's waste footprint.
