Paragon Indonesian Leaders was established and funded by Paragon Innovation and Technology. This initiative program is Paragon’s way of fulfilling its commitment to society. Paragon Innovation and Technology believes that it is such crucial aspect to actually help future generation through innovative leadership education to up lift the development of Indonesia.
This initiative program seeks to identify and nurture potential Indonesian leaders among the best and brightest students in Indonesia, bringing them together to discuss local and regional issues to be solved. Prior to selection, each candidate was required to meet certain criteria. They have to be currently studying as an undergraduate in a college or university. They have a keen interest in making positive impact to their society and possess strong leadership abilities as well as good track record both in academic and extra-curricular activities.
Helping Indonesian young leaders to unleash their potential is the major aim of this program. Through an innovative leadership training program which derived from Paragon’s value of its development work and ethics, Paragon hopes to crack the shell of promising young leaders of Indonesia to broaden their impact toward the development of this country, Indonesia.
