A comprehensive education and training course, focused on preparing clients for today’s ever-changing, ultra-competitive business climate.

PARADIGM was created by Peggy Putri and H. Clay Myers in 2015. We initially launched Coffee Connection (2014) to provide a relaxed atmosphere for business professionals to network, exchange ideas and enjoy the company of colleagues. As the network grew, we realized we could have a greater impact by sharing our expertise; thus, PARADIGM was founded.

We help our clients reached their full potential by improving their overall life skills. The foundation of the course is Professional English and Communication, such as Leadership Development, Personal Branding, Business Etiquette, Service Excellence and other aspects of business, that are not found in many conventional educational systems. PARADIGM has impacted more than 4000 individuals and 200 corporations, through our training programs.

We are proud that, as we celebrate nearly a decade of excellence, we are steadily growing into one of the leaders in professional development, training and coaching in Indonesia. Our offline and online infrastructure continues to evolve, as we focus on answering the demands of Industry 4.0 and taking education in Indonesia, and southeast Asia, to a higher level.
