Paizo is a mobile paediatric physiotherapy and child development service supporting babies, children, and teens across Adelaide. Our aim is to support children to move, play and flourish in their everyday lives.
The name Paizo is derived from the Greek word meaning “to play”, reflecting our belief that play is central to a child's development, learning, and wellbeing.
At Paizo, children and families are at the centre of everything we do. We are committed to providing tailored care for children of all ages and abilities that is meaningful, collaborative and yes, fun!

- Paediatric Physiotherapy
We provide tailored physiotherapy for babies, children and teens to optimise movement, build skills, recover from injury, or support life-long conditions.
- Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) We provide individualised support to babies and children with developmental concerns, delays, or disabilities. We help families build skills, confidence and opportunities to promote development.
- Assistive Technology & Equipment We assess, prescribe and support the use of equipment such as wheelchairs, standing frames, walkers, and mealtime chairs, to help children participate actively and safely.
- Child Development Checks
Our Child Development Check is a comprehensive assessment to help you understand your child’s growth, movement, and development. Suitable for children from birth to school age, these checks identify strengths and areas where extra support may help.
- Mobile Home/Community Visits We bring physiotherapy and developmental support directly to your home, school, childcare, playground, or other community settings, making therapy convenient, meaningful, and embedded in your child’s everyday environment.
- Telehealth
Flexible online consultations for families who may need guidance, advice, or follow-up support. We believe that healthcare should be timely and accessible.
