Since our inception, we have championed the rights, voices, and choices of people with an intellectual disability and their families by providing key foundational supports: Peer Suppport, Self-Advocacy, Individual Advocacy, Systemic Advocacy, and Information and Referral.
Parent to Parent exists to support individuals and their families to live the life they choose.
We are an independent, not for profit organisation; we are not a service provider.
The majority of our employees have a lived experience of disability, with either themselves, a child, or a family member being a person with disability. This gives them empathy and understanding.
