OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Ltd (Administrators Appointed) (OneSteel) is Australia’s only fully integrated mining and steel manufacturing business, operating critical assets that form the backbone of the nation’s industrial capability. With operations spanning the Middleback Ranges mining precinct through to primary and secondary steelmaking at the Whyalla Steelworks, OneSteel manages the complete value chain from resource extraction to finished steel products used in infrastructure, transport, construction and defence.
Our mining operations supply the iron ore that feeds our iron and steelmaking processes, ensuring a secure, consistent and high-quality ore supply for domestic production. At the Whyalla Steelworks, we produce specialised billet, rail and long steel products that support major national projects across rail networks, building and construction, agriculture, manufacturing and energy. This integrated model gives OneSteel unique strength in reliability, responsiveness and product quality.
