OneShift allows around 40,000 businesses to hire the right person for the right role from 730,000 real people. The company was founded by Gen George just four years ago, and the company has continued to grow year on year.
Our record to date is a job seeker being matched to a job, contacted by the business and started the job in 27 minutes. Yes, it is possible! We live by the motto "Work to Live, Not Live to Work". We Make It Happen.
OneShift acts much like a modern dating website, as it automatically matches job seekers with jobs based on their skills, certificates and location. This speeds up the job seeking process for our candidates and significantly cuts down the time and efforts an employer would usually spend sprawling through irrelevant applications.
