After 34 years in real estate, One Agency founder Paul Davies had tried every business model available. He’d worked for someone else, acted as a sole agent, built up a high-performing high-profile franchise office and then when that lost money slipped back into operating as a boutique self-named agency. But each model had benefits and flaws.

One day, realising that his latest low-overhead business was low-stress and high-profit he boasted about his achievement to his wife. Her response was “If it’s that good why don’t you offer it to others.” With that epiphany, the idea for One Agency was born.
