PT. Adhya Tirta Batam (ATB) merupakan perusahaan yang mendapat konsesi dari Otorita Batam (kini BP Batam) untuk mengelola air bersih di Pulau Batam selama 25 tahun. Perjanjian konsesi tersebut berlaku dari tahun 1995 hingga 2020 mendatang.
Selama puluhan tahun mengabdi, kami senantiasa berupaya memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pelanggan, diantaranya dengan menyediakan suplai air bersih yang terjamin kuantitas, kualitas, dan kontinyuitasnya. Sehingga, dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih masyarakat Batam.
Meski harus melewati beragam tantangan dalam pengelolaan air bersih, kami berhasil menjadi perusahaan air minum terbaik di Indonesia. Cakupan pelayanan ATB sudah mencapai 99,5 persen dengan jumlah pelanggan lebih dari 250.000. Keberhasilan dalam pengelolaan air bersih, mengantarkan ATB menjadi benchmark perusahaan air, baik di Indonesia maupun mancanegara.
Pada 2009 dan 2013, secara berturut-turut kami meraih penghargaan empat tahunan Perpamsi Award sebagai Perusahaan Air Minum Terbaik Kelompok PDAM Besar. ATB juga berhasil mengantarkan Kota Batam meraih Perpamsi Award 2015 sebagai Pelayanan Air Minum Terbaik & Sanitasi dan Pusat Pembelajaran PDAM Kategori Kota Diatas 100.000 Pelanggan PDAM Wilayah I Sumatera.
