NPJV is a professional construction, mining and maintenance enterprise servicing Western Australia’s mining and construction sectors.
An un-incorporated joint venture between Njamal Services Pty Ltd and the Pilbara Resource Group Pty Ltd, NPJV exists to provide greater opportunities and development for the Njamal people.
Fourteen families form the Njamal people who are the traditional owners of the land stretching east of South Hedland, past Marble Bar and out to Wandanya on the Great Sandy Desert.
A member from each family sits on the Njamal People’s Trust Advisory Committee and they work together through the Njamal People’s Trust to manage their country, its people and heritage.
NPJV’s successful business model is built on combining the knowledge and experience of industry experts with strategic management and state of the art technology.
This means we can take on larger scale projects and break them into manageable components which are then contracted directly to Njamal family businesses or to specially trained individuals.
In addition to the technical and operational expertise invested into the local Njamal family businesses, ongoing administration, we provide IT and accounting support to create growth and long-term sustainability.
And as an affiliate Registered Training Organisation specialising in nationally-recognised training and assessment, you are guaranteed of work ready personnel with the right qualifications and skills to deliver optimum results – always.
