With a vision to see every Christian leader have a coach, the Arrow Coaching+ team (formerly Christian Coaching Institute) aim to provide Christian leadership coaching and coach training for a new generation of leaders.
Collectively, we bring together over 50 years of coaching expertise in coaching pastors, church-planters, NFP managers and emerging leaders right across Australia and internationally. Our coaching training aligns with the accreditation requirements of the International Coaching Federation [ICF].
Coaching is an essential component of a genuinely Christ-centred leadership paradigm and our dream is to multiply leadership impact through coaching Arrow Coaching+ began on October 24th, 2008 as Novo Coaching, with a one-day training workshop at One Community Church in Melbourne. In 2016, we changed names to Christian Coaching Institute and then on the 1st of January 2022, Christian Coaching Institute merged with Arrow Leadership Australia to become Arrow Coaching+.
