Description

Nova Rover Team is a passionate group of senior university students who are aiming to be the first Australian Team to compete in the International University Rover Challenge in Utah, USA. Many Australian university students are interested in space development, but there are few opportunities in Australia to explore this passion. Our group is dedicated to the advancement of space technology and developing new solutions to old problems.

In May 2017, the team received seed funding and endorsement from Monash University to develop and manufacture a prototype Mars rover analogue. Since then, the team have constructed a prototype rover for presentation at Monash Open Day 2017 and the Monash Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering Industry Night 2017 and a competition rover which is still in progress.
