We strive to live up to our name. Our monicker. A pride of the Minister of Finance Inc. We conduct our business differently. We think differently. We do not aim to change the world, it's too messy a job for us to do, we just do not have the right capacity to do the same. Our investors however can be rest assured, we are business people just like you. We aim to drive profitability into this new nucleus of the north.

No. We don't set shop in a lavish office. We don't need posh address as our base. Yet, we are living proof that a Government Investment Company can still deliver sexy results without any of those.
Our ultimate goal? Delapan and Bukit Kayu Hitam to be the next Kuala Lumpur of Kedah. Too ambitious? We don't think so. 4,400 acres of land under our holding. With this magnitude of investment, it will definitely shape the future of Bukit Kayu Hitam and Kedah. This is a kind of development that will surely blow your mind.
