Established in 1947, the North Sydney Symphony Orchestra (NSSO) is the longest-running orchestra on Sydney’s North Shore. Founded by Dr Alan Bellhouse AM and composer Dulcie Holland, the orchestra was created to provide student and amateur musicians the opportunity to develop orchestral skills and engage with the rich classical repertoire.
