NORFIL is a non-profit, non-government social welfare organization that is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, licensed and accredited by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) in the Philippines.
Vision A lead organization in the care and rehabilitation of children who are orphaned, abandoned, or neglected; and children and youth with disability through family-focused and community-based programs.
Mission To promote human and child's rights by protecting vulnerable children through the empowerment of community stakeholders for community-based and family-focused care and rehabilitation.
