Established in 1983, NFL Forklifts has grown from a tiny two person operation to a substantial importer and the national distributor for Hangcha Forklifts, one of the worlds largest forklift manufacturers.

Our forklifts are the equal of any other machines on the market (better than some) and we can supply a forklift for any task put in front of us. Really, that’s the easy bit. The more difficult bit is making sure that what we are delivering is the best possible solution to our customer’s problem. And that’s what makes the NFL Forklifts experience different for our customers - it’s how we go about deciding just what forklift to deliver and what happens after that.

At NFL Forklifts we’re all about old-fashioned Kiwi-style customer service of the kind that existed before marketing nerds discovered the term “customer service”. We believe that first and foremost it’s our job to give our customers the very best advice we can as to what equipment will best handle their job. We put time and effort into making sure we understand what you do and how you do it now. Then we look at your objective and consider if there’s a better way to achieve it. Ideally the best way will involve some Hangcha forklifts manufactured in a modern factory that’s ISO-accredited and with all models complying with European Standards for forklift manufacture and design. But because we’re always honest in our advice, if the solution lies outside that, we’ll tell you and help you to get there.

And once you’ve got there and we’ve delivered the forklift you’ve bought or leased we’re still there to provide equipment servicing and fleet management that mean all you need to do is watch your Hangcha work.

Many of our customers have been with us for 20+ years. Why? Because the forklifts perform and because they know that we are the industry good guys.
