We are a group of experienced retail, leasing and accounting professionals who have come together to assist retailers Australia wide in their leasing negotiations with their Landlords.
We want to make sure that the National Cabinet Mandatory Code of Conduct, and various State based legislation, is adhered to and that the Tenant gets the best and fairest outcome possible to ensure their business remains viable during the Covid-19 crisis.
We only work on behalf of the Tenant. We want to ensure that all small to medium sized businesses are always well represented in their negotiations with Landlords. We are a friendly team of professionals who can offer a very cost effective service.
