Description

New Zealand Heritage Properties is a diverse company that specializes in Archaeological consulting, Heritage work and Property management.

Based near the historic heart of Dunedin in Bond street, our office is directed by company founder Dr Hayden Cawte and his partner Sheryl McPherson, trained Archaeologists whose passion and dedication are the driving force behind this business.

Our Archaeology team is on hand to offer consultation for heritage work, and we deal with a diverse range of clients, from academic institutions, government agencies and local authorities, to business owners and community based associations. For those planning to undergo renovation of heritage buildings we can provide assistance. We can prepare archaeological assessments and ensure projects comply with all necessary guidelines and regulations under law, including the Historic Places Act and the Resource Management Act (see our About Us page for more information).

Our Property Management team is on site to handle the commercial real estate we lease in both Dunedin City and Ashburton. Tenants in our buildings include a number of local businesses, companies and individuals, and we make certain premises are always maintained well and operating smoothly.
