NECA Education & Careers is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Group Training Organisation (GTO) dedicated to building the future of Australia’s electrical and communications workforce. As part of the National Electrical and Communications Association (NECA), we combine national expertise with strong local presence; supporting apprentices, trainees, licensed electricians, and industry professionals across Victoria and Tasmania.
What sets us apart Dual GTO/RTO model – we don’t just train, we employ. Apprentices and trainees are supported from recruitment through to completion, with mentoring, placements, and career guidance.
