Ngày 1/3/2016, Công ty Cổ phần Giao nhận Hàng hóa NASCO (NASCO LOGISTICS) được chính thức thành lập, tách khỏi công ty mẹ là Công ty Cổphần Dịch vụ Hàng không sân bay Nội Bài thuộc Tổng công ty Hàng không Việt Nam (Vietnam Airlines), là doanh nghiệp Nhà nước mang tên Công ty Dịch vụ Cụm cảng Hàng không sân bay miền Bắc (tên giao dịch tiếng Anh là NORTHERN AIRPORT SERVICES COMPANY, viết tắt là NASCO), được thành lập và đi vào hoạt động từ ngày 1/7/1993.
Hiện nay, Công ty Cổ phần Giao nhận Hàng hóa NASCO (NASCO LOGISTICS) có chi nhánh tại 3 thành phố lớn nhất Việt Nam là Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng và Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, có đại diện tại tất cả các sân bay địa phương nơi Vietnam Airlines có khai thác đường bay; đội xe máy, ô tô giao nhận tại 3 thành phố lớn Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh và đội xe tải lớn vận chuyển hàng hóa từ kho hàng sân bay Nội Bài tới các khu công nghiệp vệ tinh.
