Description
The National Care Workforce Alliance (NaCWA) is a national alliance of aged care, home & community care, technology and education providers. Spearheaded by the Australian Catholic University (ACU), we are working in collaboration to tackle the care workforce crisis in Australia.
Our Foundation Partners are Australian Catholic University, Ballycara, Burnie Brae, Calvary, Catholic HealthCare, Centacare, Southern Cross Care Queensland and Xavier. Our Affiliates are Human Services Skills Organisation (HSSO), MyPass Global, Skills Hubs Ltd, SSI and [ui!] the urban institute.
Together, we will empower Australia’s care workforce to create a sustainable care sector workforce in Australia that provides high-quality care.
NacWA Pilot Phase 1 (Queensland) is funded by Jobs Queensland as an action arising from the 'Good jobs. Good people: Queensland Workforce Strategy 2022-2032'.
