Upstate is a prestige realty brand based in Dee Why on the Northern Beaches.

We are proudly the largest, most successful real estate company in the region with residential and commercial listings and new project developments.

Our name may have only been around for a few years, but the company behind this name has existed for nearly a century, and has been the number one agent in the market for many of them. In fact, we’ve been a staple of the property landscape since 1922.

Understanding the Northern Beaches like the back of our hands allows us to offer impeccable levels of service and elicit favourable results (we also know the best local surf breaks, but that’s another story). After all, a thorough understanding of a market, both demographically and financially, is the cornerstone of any successful property transaction.

Directors Pete Mosedale & Lachlan Yeates are old school friends who met when they were 10 yrs old. They began real estate working life together in an agency in Freshwater, subsequently starting their own agencies in Dee Why and Collaroy, respectively. Five years ago they moved themselves into a better place by merging the agencies. That merging of teams has since grown to an impressive 72 staff.
