At MyoFitness we believe no one should live in pain. We help people reclaim their health, mobility and confidence through natural, evidence-based care.
Founded by Elizabeth Ruach, MyoFitness was established in 2019 and has grown into three beautiful locations across Melbourne: North Melbourne, Yarraville and Surrey Hills, offering Myotherapy, Remedial Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Psychology.
Our diverse team comes from all walks of life and proudly works with people from all backgrounds. We are committed to a people-first approach, prioritising the wellbeing of both our patients and our staff and building a strong, supportive community through care that is both effective and empowering.
Chronic pain has the debilitating potential to strip away our quality of life but nothing deserves to take away our happiness.
