M&A specialise in providing tailored accounting, taxation and business advice to their clients across a range of areas, including:

- Income tax, GST and FBT compliance including preparation of returns;
- Taxation advice, including capital gains tax, negative gearing, ATO audits, payroll tax and tax planning;

The business operates out of premises in Albury and Canberra, and was established in 1995 by Adrian Dodd. Over the years the practice has grown significantly, and now employs ten staff.
On 1 July 2018, Adrian began his transition to retirement, with long-term employee, Rachael Muntz, purchasing the business.
On 1 March 2021, Rachael's husband, Ryan, a former partner of Findex, joined the practice along with three of his staff, and the firm was rebranded Muntz & Associates from that time onwards.
