Mirus Vineyard is an 80-acre property on the western ridge of the Barossa Valley, overlooking Marananga and Seppeltsfield. With a remarkable diversity of soil types, aspects, and vine age, the vineyard is home to old vine Shiraz, Grenache, and other traditional Barossa red varieties.
From this site, we craft a series of single block wines that fully express the personality and potential of each parcel—rare, small, and deeply expressive of place.
Mirus is an exploration of wine and creative practice, brought to life by two families—two artists and two viticulturalists—who have made this sanctuary their home.
The vineyard is also home to Wonderground, a contemporary art gallery and cellar door space dedicated to showcasing the best of Australian visual art alongside our wines. Together, Mirus and Wonderground form a place of reflection, flavour, and creativity—celebrating the distinct character of the western Barossa.
Our cellar door, open Friday to Monday, offers a Petite Tasting experience in our contemporary gallery setting. Throughout the year, we also host seasonal long lunches and special events in collaboration with chefs, artists, and friends of the vineyard.
