Mirco Bros Pty Ltd is a Western Australian family-owned business, which began operations in the late 1960s.
Mirco Bros started out as a multi-purpose business on Rockingham Road in Spearwood. Vince and Peter Mirco and their wives June and Gean became household names in the area - their business served as the local liquor store, post office, deli and supplier of fertiliser, chemicals and seeds to the flourishing market garden community.

New premises were built in Spearwood to accommodate the growing business, Mirco Bros' product range expanded to include SAME Tractors, and a second branch was opened north of the river in Wangara.
In the 1980s...
A third premises was built in Henderson. Sound Oil Distributors commenced operations from the Henderson warehouse, importing Agip motor oils and lubricants to service a large cross section of the motor trade industry. Today, Sound Oil Distributors import US lube oils and lubricants for sale and use in all tractor brands sold at Mirco Bros.
In the 1990s...
Vince and Peter purchased the Manjimup Trading Company. The business was again expanded to include the product ranges carried at the Henderson store and continued to sell the products associated with major country towns, such as manchester, linen, wood stoves and heaters.
In the 2000s...
A site to house the machinery division of Mirco Bros opened at Bibra Lake in 2003. Today, all aspects of the company associated with the sale, servicing and parts distribution of new and second-hand machinery and associated equipment operates from these premises.
Our newest store opened in Neerabup in 2009, and all trading from the Wangara branch moved to this flagship store. Together with our son's Martin, Michael, Steven and Johny we continue to look at expanding and growing our empire.
Mirco Bros Pty Ltd has recently sold to Nutrien Ag Solutions.
