Tujuan kami ingin memberikan wadah untuk memahami dan memodifikasi cara berpikir dan perilaku kita menggunakan pendekatan Cognitive Behavior Therapy dan ilmu psikologi lainnya ( terutama dari cabang biopsikologi ). Selain itu, Mind Institute memiliki kekhasan lainnya dimana pendekatan Cognitive Behavior Therapy yang digunakan akan dikaitkan dengan nilai-nilai agama Islam ( Islamic Values ).
