Metrohm has started selling instruments into Malaysia market in the late 80’s when Malaysia started to undergo industrialization. In 2001, Metrohm Switzerland has decided to open a subsidiary office in Malaysia. Suitable office location was found, talented and qualified people were employed and trained. Metrohm Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a member of the Metrohm Group was officially started operation on 1st April 2001 at Petaling Jaya.
The office is facilitating with a warehouse to keep stock of common spares, accessories, service parts and equipments to fulfill customer demand for shortest delivery time.
With an application laboratory which is well equipped with full range of Metrohm instruments, we are able to provide customers our best after sales support. Eg. in house seminar, training, workshop, method development, sample testing and demo.
Our competence field service engineers offer customer a complete line of service products, including preventive maintenance, calibration, repairs, service contracts, Validation, Extended Warranty, IQ/OQ.
Other than promoting Metrohm as the analytical and quantitative instruments, we do have Autolab* as the research based instrument. In 2008, Applikon* online analyzer has added into our product line. With that we are able to offer customer a total solution in ion analysis from laboratory to At-line (Processlab) and On-line analysis.
In May 2008, Metrohm Malaysia expanded and opened a sales office in Penang to provide Northern Region customers a better and efficient sales support.
Our highly trained sales and service engineers at Metrohm Malaysia office, together with our full range of quality products allow us meet the requirements of the rapidly expanding and advancing industries in Malaysia.
