Messrs Rizal & Azman, Advocates and Solicitors is an established boutique legal firm with an office in Shah Alam, Selangor. The firm is currently made up of lawyers and supporting staff with a wide range of experience in various legal matters. The style of its practice is separated into Litigation Department (LD), comprising Civil Litigation and Industrial/Employment Law, Conveyancing & Corporate Department (CCD), Syariah Practice (SY) and Company Secretarial works (CS).

2. CONVEYANCING & CORPORATE DEPARTMENT (CCD)

Handling matters pertaining to:-

• property transaction, land and housing development & construction, commercial and business law, and including banking and financing matters both Islamic and conventional.
• corporate financing matters involving bridging finance, revolving credit, trade finance, debentures etc.
• general matters such as joint ventures, partnerships, hire purchase, secrecy documentation and as well as shipping related matters.

3. ISLAMIC AND SYARIAH DEPARTMENT / COMPLIANCE (SD)

Handling matters pertaining to:-

• Syariah practice especially in Islamic Business and Banking Transaction, Islamic Estate Planning & Administration and Islamic Family matters.
• Islamic transactions.

4. COMPANY SECRETARY DEPARTMENT (CS)

We also provide our Clients services as follows:-

• Preparation and filing of all statutory forms, including confirmation statements, minutes of AGM, and Resolutions.
• Appointment and resignation of directors and secretaries
• Maintaining of statutory books
• Producing company profiles as and when required
