With more than 48,000 clients across Australia, MEPACS is trusted by many to keep them safe at home, when out and about, and even at work, with all profits reinvested back into public health.
As a division of Peninsula Health, a Victorian public healthcare service, MePACS is trusted to deliver the highest level of care and expert emergency response. Our 24/7 Emergency Response Centre is staffed by dedicated MePACS Emergency Response Operators who are trained in line with Triple Zero protocols. In emergencies, a dedicated MePACS Emergency Response Operator will assess the call and organise the right help, fast. Our Emergency Response Centre is based in Melbourne, and all MePACS Emergency Response Operators are Peninsula Health employees. We do not outsource to third-party call centres.
MePACS offers a range of 4G personal alarms to suit varying needs, lifestyles and budgets, including Home, Mobile, Watch and Duress alarms.
MePACS is a registered provider for a range of government-funded programs. These programs may help with the cost of a MePACS personal alarm and monitoring services, making it easier for eligible Australians to access our vital support and stay independent.
