The Melbourne Racing Club (MRC) is proud to be recognised as a 2022, 2023 & 2024 Winner of The Australian Business Award for Employer of Choice.
The Melbourne Racing Club is one of Australia’s most vibrant Sporting and Event providers comprising of Caulfield, Sportsbet Sandown and Mornington Racecourses as well as Pegasus Leisure Group, a suite of 14 hotel and club venues located across Metropolitan Melbourne.
Along with horse racing, the Melbourne Racing Club holds functions and events of all sizes across our racing venues that include lifestyle and leisure shows, trade shows, festivals and university exams to name a few. Sportsbet Sandown is also one of Australia’s premier motorsport facilities and hosts race days for various motorsport clubs throughout the year in addition to being one of the locations used by the V8 Supercars.
We employ over 1500 employees in casual, part time and full time roles across the many areas of the business.
