Description
The MCST association is guided by four key objectives to make a positive difference in strata living. We aim to:
1. Provide timely guidance and support to MCSTs in matters relating to both day to day operations as well as significant occurrences including projects, disputes and enforcement of by-laws.
2. Partner authorities to research, develop and improve regulatory requirements that enhance strata living by gathering useful feedback, findings and data from MCSTs as well as generating meaningful statistics from the information.
3. Establish partnership with MA representations to achieve the shared goal of managing MCSTs at high standards and professionalism.
4. Contribute to the industry development through learning, sharing and collaborating initiatives with more stakeholders such as developers, realtors and contractors serving MCSTs.
