McLardy McShane & Associates was established in 2007, when close friends and business associates Don McLardy and Mike McShane merged their insurance broking businesses to create something new and different. They brought together a group of likeminded people who share values, do business passionately and with integrity and give back to the community.
Since then, the business has grown strongly, and we now turn over in excess of $180m+ in Gross Written Premium, hold an Australian Financial Services License and are a member of the powerful broking network Steadfast.
Our clients generally range from small to large commercial businesses, and our job is to ensure all your business assets are protected. However, we believe in total client protection and we're happy to look after our clients' personal assets as well.
Respected as a leading general insurance brokerage, our directors use the combined knowledge and skills developed from over 80 (combined) years in the insurance business.
Ably backed up by a skilled crew of over 150 people in 17+ locations, we pride ourselves on professional, trusted relationships with our ever growing client base.
