Established in 2021, Matreco’s key management team has a combined experience of more than 100 years’ domestically and internationally, many of these working together prior to establishing Matreco.
The Matreco team brings considerable and complementary commercial knowledge in deploying capital, managing real estate investments, and exceeding investors return requirements through the process of acquiring, repositioning and recycling commercial property throughout different market cycles.
The Matreco team has built up an extensive track record in the Australian real estate markets servicing and supporting institutional European investors. On a consolidated basis since 2016, the transaction volume exceeded one and a half billion in AUD.
Mr Juerg Erismann, a Founding Principal is a Swiss National and Australian resident who has a unique understanding of the European investor’s mindset, sensitivities of accountability and privacy, customer focus and positive long-term outcomes.
As a signatory of UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) and the Net Zero Asset Manager Initiative (first accepted Australian based commercial real estate focussed investment manager), we are deeply conscious of climate change and ESG considerations, with absolute focus on protecting our investor’s interests in a changing world.
