Today, Marron Real Estate specialises in the sale of residential and commerical properties in Perth's western suburbs.
In 2003, Cam Marron took over the reins and became principal and licensee of Marron & Associates. Cam has specialist experience in selling exclusive, unique and prestigious properties. Prime examples of this are the sales of the former home of WA's first Governor in John St, North Fremantle and more recently a stunning property with panoramic views overlooking the Swan River in Dalkeith.
Cam is also principal and licensee of West Perth Property Settlements, a successful boutique settlement agency. Clients of Marron Real Estate can take advantage of a bundled sale and settlement package to ensure a smooth transaction from listing to settlement.
With real estate in the family genes, it is no surprise that after an extensive career as a commercial and property lawyer, Rhett Marron joined the family business. This made it an ideal time to freshen up the business name and branding and MARRON REAL ESTATE was formed. Rhett opened Marron Real Estate West in 2012.
