MTS, based in Guadalupe, Cebu City is a leading multi-disciplinary firm, whose focus is on Design & Installation of environmentally sound and sustainable Fire Protection Systems, Sanitary and Plumbing Systems, as well as Mechanical and Electrical Systems in an integrated, holistic and cost effective manner.
From the namesake of Mary of Guadalupe, “Marguad” Trading & Services became the name of the company which opened for business in the year 1995. It started in a small residential office located in Guadalupe, Cebu City, aggressively building-up talents and investing invaluable human resources, hence run professionally by people with years of experience and technical expertise. The company subscribe to the philosophy that the primary focus of its business is to acquire a broad clientele of satisfied customers.
While MTS started in the Fire Protection Systems business, we have undertaken and completed several projects related to Plumbing and Sanitary, Mechanical and Electrical Systems in Luzon and Visayas areas, supporting our vision of becoming the most reliable and competitive Electro-mechanical contractor.
We deliver our product and services through the hard work of our dedicated and experienced engineers. We support our teams with state of the art resources and conscientiously train, improve, empower, reward and care for the people who come to lead and work in our teams. We manage information and knowledge, technology and equipment, allowing us to continuously improve our processes and the products that we provide to the customer.
Thru the years, MTS has expanded and established other companies namely: Marguad Construction Supply and Yans Food Products.
In the year 2015, due to the demand of projects both from Cebu and Manila, MTS has become Marguad Construcion Corporation or MCC.
