It’s a story of four companies: (1) Vertex Mission Sdn Bhd; (2) Effective Logistics Sdn Bhd; (3) Jomaju Sdn Bhd; and (4) Truck Solutions Sdn Bhd — under one leadership, coming together as one to become a total logistics provider.
Vertex Mission Sdn Bhd was established in 2005 as a container haulage company. Previously operated under the name Johanlaju Transport Sdn Bhd, we have since grown our fleet size to over 100 prime movers, supported by more than 300 trailers of various types and sizes to transfer containers and cargoes for further distribution.
We believe it is critical to continually evaluate our operational performance so we can further improve our efficiency. Our monthly total delivery is currently at 4,000 TEU. We aim to achieve a benchmark efficiency of 6,000 to 8,000 TEU a month. Our steady growth over the years has positioned us as one of the top 10 haulage company among the members of the Association of Malaysian Hauliers (AMH).
Effective Logistics Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2007 to provide sea and air freighting. From a humble beginning of only three employees, the company has grown to become an international freight forwarder and multi modal transport operator with a team of 35 experience professionals and a complete international agency network within just a few years. In 2011, Effective Logistics fully acquired Jomaju Sdn Bhd to provide customs brokerage services. Incorporated in 1992, Jomaju has a long-standing history of excellence as a licensed customs broker in the country.
