We are Australia's first Creative First Aid agency! We provide dynamic, fun and transformative training, courses and experiences that combine psycho-education and literacy on how our nervous system works, along with creative prescribing. We show you an evidence-backed approach to using our innate creativity as a powerful, free and accessible tool for managing and sustaining good mental health, also for keeping us steady when times are tough. When we engage in creativity, it changes our brain, activating and regulating us to be calmer, more connected, grounded, compassionate, open, curious and more able to cope with hard things.
