Since our founding, we have been committed to providing a comprehensive range of building products that meet the diverse needs of builders, contractors, and DIY enthusiasts alike.
Our extensive product range includes everything from stick timber and structural beams to cladding, doors, door hardware, architraves, skirting, and much more. With a focus on both quality and reliability, we ensure that our customers have access to the materials they need to bring their projects to life.
In 2018, Major Timber Pty Ltd (now trading as Major Timber & Trusses) became part of the Hallett Group, a privately owned group of companies with a diverse portfolio in construction, mining, structural, and building materials. This partnership has further strengthened our commitment to delivering exceptional products and services to our valued customers.
In 2023, we proudly welcomed Daecon Trusses (now trading as Major Timber & Trusses) into the Hallett Group, allowing us to expand our offerings to include floor and roof trusses. Our dedicated truss plant, located in Derrimut, Victoria, enables us to provide custom-designed trusses that meet the highest standards of quality and precision. We also have a site located in Oakleigh, continuing to serve the Melbourne area with a full range of timber products.
