Student Disaster Response Organization of Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (MAHAGANA-ITS) is a volunteer organization in ITS engaged in disaster response and research. MAHAGANA ITS is under ITS Research Center for Mitigation, Disaster and Climate Change (MKPI-ITS). Our routine activities are to conduct disaster studies related to the causes, processes of occurrence, impacts and mitigation of disasters; fundraising for affected areas; delegation of volunteers in disaster affected areas with related organizations and conduct basic volunteer training to internal staff.
Mahasiswa Tanggap Bencana Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (MAHAGANA-ITS) adalah organisasi kerelawanan di ITS yang bergerak dalam response dan riset kebencanaan. MAHAGANA ITS berada dibawah Pusat Penelitian Mitigasi, Kebencanaan dan Perubahan Iklim (MKPI) ITS. MAHAGANA ITS memiliki 4 Divisi yaitu:
Divisi Riset dan Respon Bencana (RRB)
Adalah salah satu divisi di MAHAGANA yang bertanggung jawab dalam merespon suatu pristiwa kebencanaan dengan mengadakan kajian cepat dan kajian rutin, serta mempersiapkan aksi kerelawan.
Divisi Hubungan Masyarakat (HUMAS)
Adalah salah satu divisi di MAHAGANA yang bertanggung jawab dalam membangung relasi dengan pihak eksternal seperti organisasi kebencanaan BNPD, NGO, Kementrian Sosmas BEM ITS serta dengan 4 UKM ITS yang berlelasi dengan kebencanaan (PLH-SIKLUS, MENWA, KSR dan PRAMUKA)
Divisi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Anggota (PSDA)
Adalah salah satu divisi di MAHAGANA yang bertanggung jawab dalam managerial anggota dalam berbagai pelatihan serta kegiatan pendelegasian.
Divisi Media dan Informasi (MEDFO)
Adalah salah satu divisi di MAHAGANA yang bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan penyampaian dan publikasi segala informasi terkait kebencanaan sebagai sarana media informasi organisasi.
