Before 2007, there had never been more than 50 deals per year and any transaction over 300 million USD in the Vietnamese M&A market. From 2008-2009, the Vietnamese M&A becomes more energetic with the total deal value reached 1 billion USD. It was also this moment that Vietnam M&A Forum was found and accompanied the development of Vietnamese M&A market, becoming the channel that connects business and investors both domestically and internationally.
Not only creating a networking foundation, throughout the past 10 years, the Forum is a place to share, exchange experiences, advisory, support, the accurate forecast from experts in order to steer and drive M&A activities in the country through different phases.
